Shipping details: 
I ship within 3-10 Business days. Shipping in the US starts at $3.50 for most items and $11.00 for international shipping.

Missing package?
Sometimes USPS marks packages are delivered before they actually put it in your mailbox. After you give it a few days (1-3). I recommend contacting your local post office about the missing package. You can also email them here (https://missingmail.usps.com/) 

Refunds, returns & exchanges
I am not responsible for damages during shipping. Unfortunately no refunds or returns are accepted. However if there is an issue with an items please contact me so we can work on a solution. 

Order acceptance and cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any orders at any time. Notification is sent via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order.

Metal Color issues
Please remember that these pins are hand made, so the pins may not be 100% identical. At times the black trim may be lighter than usual and look as if it's silver/grey. If you still believe you received the wrong pin please contact me as soon as possible.
